Graphics Software Labs ("GSL", "we", "us" or "our") publishes mobile games (the "Games") and operates www.game-systems.us (the "Site"). This page explains what information is collected when you use our Games and the Site, who collects it, and the choices you have.
Our Games keep your settings, saved game, play statistics and purchase status on your device only. This information never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is deleted when you delete the Game. Our Games do not ask for your name, e-mail address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and they do not require an account.
Some of our Games show advertisements served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the Game may collect information such as your device type and operating system, your IP address and approximate (country or city level) location derived from it, a device advertising identifier where you have allowed it, and information about the ads you see and tap. This information is collected by Google under its own privacy policy, not by GSL; we do not receive or store it.
Our Games do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and they do not use the Apple advertising identifier for tracking. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before any ad is requested, and you can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings link on the Game's main menu. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising, and Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
Watching an ad is always optional: in our Games, ads are only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for a benefit, or you can buy the ad-free version instead.
Purchases (such as the ad-free version of a Game) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the Game only whether the purchase is owned, so the Game can unlock the feature and restore it if you reinstall. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction: www.apple.com/legal/privacy.
The Site is a plain informational website. We do not place cookies and do not run analytics on it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and operational purposes, as every web host does.
If you contact us by e-mail we keep your message and address so that we can answer you and let you know about updates to the product you asked about. We never give your e-mail address to anyone else, and we delete it on request.
Some of our Games are made for children, and all of our Games are safe for them to use. No GSL Game provides any way for a player to give us information: there are no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no text entry, no sharing, no links to social networks, and nothing a child can type or send. We therefore collect no personal information from children, or from anyone else, through our Games. Everything a Game remembers (settings, saved game, scores, purchase status) stays on the device.
Where a Game made for children shows advertising, it is served in child-directed mode: no personalized ads, no advertising identifier, and no consent prompt, as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by e-mail, contact us and we will delete it.
Because GSL itself holds no personal data about players of our Games, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf beyond the e-mail correspondence described above, which we will delete on request. For information collected by Google through advertising, you can:
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the consent and device controls above are how you exercise that opt-out for advertising. We do not sell personal information.
Information kept by our Games stays on your device under the protection of your device's operating system. No method of transmission over the Internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information handled by third parties.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of our Games or the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
